This is music video that i have taken from you tube and embedded onto my blog to advertise the type of music and genre that my music magazine is based around which is pop. This is a music video by Katy Perry's, the song is called "Last Friday night" which was released in 2011. I have chosen this video as it has a very upbeat tempo and is a very lively song; which is what the genre of pop is all about, Katy Perry is also one of the artists that i have chosen to feature in my music magazine so again this music video fits in perfectly with my blog and magazine. Katy Perry is a very pretty young women, who is not only very successful but she posses' a lot of the qualities my target audience possess, her music is enjoyed by many of my TA. The audience of my magazine aspire to be as successful at Katy Perry, it is also a fun and quirky video again linking not only to my TA but to the genre of pop.
